What our guests say

Real Google reviews from our Bushnell and McAlpin parks, pulled live and never edited.

5 out of 5 stars
“Sites are plenty big. Enough room for RV, toad and plenty of space to sit outside and not feel closed in. Very nice walk around the resort with a true old Florida feel! Outstanding staff, very helpful. Clean restrooms and an indoor pool! Right off 75 great for an overnight stop or like us a multi-night stay. We camped at Homebound RV Parks-Bushnell in a Motorhome.”

“Homebound staff are very accommodating. Our RV Rally Club stayed 5 nights and we had a wonderful time. We actually booked an extra night. We would definitely stay here again.”

“To start off, we never stay in private parks, too much money, too many people, too noisy, etc. This park changed my mind. Wonderful RV park with great customer service. We went there because they have Smart Weigh which will tells you the weight of each corner of your rig. You'll know your balance and a whole lot more. Mike runs the system, he's a former load master in the US Navy and knows a lot about loads, balance, equipment etc. A fantastic resource which will add to the safety of your rig for a very inexpensive cost, ask him about it. The park itself is a quiet and comfortable park. No junk vehicles or sketchy people, just real nice friendly people running the office and nice friendly people camping. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and even doubled the time there cause we liked it so much. Definitely on our list of come back to parks. The rates are very reasonable, they have propane(very cheap) and free air, and did I mention the really nice people (Mike and Tracy) running everything?”

“Very nice no frills campground with full hookups. On main road to Live Oak so you’ll hear road noise. Nice fenced in dog park and a little pond to walk the dogs around. On clear nights you can see a lot of stars with little light pollution. If you are a star gazer, you'll love looking up at night. The campground was well maintained and our camphost was friendly. I stayed the month and would stay again.”

“Very nice campground. Is kept up and clean. Check in was all online and super easy. Dog park was a nice feature. It’s far enough out that you feel like you’re in the middle of no where but only about a ten minute drive to restaurants and shopping. The price per night was very reasonable also. I would highly recommend this place.”

“We booked a one night stay before our 4-month long road trip because we wanted to take advantage of the Smart Way scale this park offers. Mike was very accommodating and knowledgeable, we left feeling more comfortable traveling on the road knowing our weights and being within legal requirements. The overnight stay with w&e was just what we needed. Everyone was helpful and upbeat. I would highly recommend this park for either an overnight or long term stay.”
