3. Inquiries, Estimates, and Proposals

Any pricing, timelines, recommendations, or other information shown on the Site or in response to an online inquiry are estimates only. They are based on typical engagements and do not constitute a binding offer.

Final pricing, scope, and contract terms are determined only after a written, signed proposal from Homebound RV Parks covering your specific RV site rentals including daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal, and annual lease stays, together with the amenities offered at each park. Neither use of the Site nor submission of an online inquiry creates a contract or obligates either party to a transaction.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, photos, illustrations, design, and code — is the property of Homebound RV Parks or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content for commercial purposes without our written permission is prohibited.

5. Third-Party Links and Tools

The Site may include links to third-party websites or embed third-party services (e.g., Campspot reservations, Google Maps, Google Analytics, and GoHighLevel forms). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of third-party sites. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s terms.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent allowed by Florida law, Homebound RV Parks disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Homebound RV Parks is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including (but not limited to) lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total aggregate liability for claims related to your use of the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Site availability, rates, and the rules governing your stay are set forth in the reservation confirmation or signed lease agreement we provide for each stay, together with the posted park rules. Those documents control if anything on this site conflicts with them. Nothing on this Site modifies, replaces, or supplements those separate agreements.

8. Communications and Consent

By submitting your phone number through any form on the Site, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Homebound RV Parks about your inquiry and related information. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or by calling 352-793-1333. Reply HELP for assistance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sumter County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
