A nice and quiet RV park where RVs are not on top of each other you have room to relax and enjoy your stay. Plenty of attractions in the local area and convenient location off of State Rd 129 and only a few minutes from interstate 75.Posted on Wilhelmina DavisTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Green Acres RV Park is a seasonal and full-time community with water, sewage, and 30/50 amps hookups. I moved here April 29, 2025.Posted on Sherri WalkerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We stayed here four nights while visiting friends in the area. The owner met us at our drivers window, when we pulled up, directed us to our site # and we never saw him again nor his wife, ever. In fact, not one person spoke to us in four days. We went outside hoping to meet someone, anyone. The turkeys and chickens and cat came to see us often, which we loved. Our cats were especially interested. There were, what seemed to be many, long term people here. We were surrounded by several young Hispanic families with small adorable children. If you want a quiet no contact place to stay, this is perfect. If you’re a people person that loves to connect with others, not so much. There are no amenities at all. No public bathroom. No laundry. No events building. I see that this place opened two years ago? I see no expansion projects in progress. I am saying all of this in truth, not to complain. We’re just passing through and will most likely never return, so we wouldn’t stay here in the future anyway. I will say that the Tom Turkey is beautiful and unique. His head and neck look like something out of Star Wars. 🤣 The black and white cat was very friendly and well fed. She wasn’t interested in sharing Temptation treats with our cats. The chickens liked them more.Posted on Cindy StalterTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We enjoyed the peace and quiet! Tom & Sue are very gracious hosts also! Very accommodating! We loved that the turkeys, and chickens free range, always came to visit and definitely humanize, come right up to you, loved it and be able to visit our site. Would definitely stay again, and we highly recommend this campground for anyone traveling up and down US Hwy 129. Live Oak is a short ride, has what you would need. Thank you for our enjoyable stay!
