Our guests winter rate is $600 per month for a five-month stay from November through March. Electricity is billed separately based on usage. You get a full-hookup site with 20/30/50-amp service, water, sewer, and access to every amenity in the park.

Many winter-season RV parks in Florida charge $1,000 to $1,500 per month, and some charge extra for electric on top of that. When to Book Your Seasonal Site Season
Seasonal RV sites in Florida work on a rhythm, and Homebound is no different. Here is how the year runs for our winter guests:
- Spring (March–April): departing guests rebook their site for next winter before they leave — this is where most sites go
- Summer (May–August): the remaining winter sites are reserved by new guests; booking by mid-summer gives you the best choice of spots
- Fall (September–October): the last open sites fill, and early arrivals start settling in
- Winter (November–March): the season itself — the park is full and the calendar is busy
