Live Oak is where US-90, US-129 and I-10 meet, so it carries the county’s groceries, pharmacies, hardware and medical care, and a downtown that still has its early-1900s courthouse and city hall.

How do I get to the park from Live Oak, I-10 or I-75?
From Live Oak: take US-129 south for about 15 miles. The park is on US-129 before you reach Branford. From I-10: exit 283 (US-129) at Live Oak, then south; about 25 minutes from the ramp. From I-75: allow 40 to 50 minutes. Southbound, leave at exit 451 or 439 and go through Live Oak; northbound, take I-10 west at Lake City to exit 283.
