Homebound McAlpin is in north Florida on US-129, south of Live Oak. Coming down I-75, it is a detour worth making for a longer stay rather than an overnight hop.

How do I get to Homebound Bushnell from I-75?
Take exit 309, signed for County Road 476B, County Road 673 and the Florida National Cemetery. Follow County Road 673 for less than two miles and the park is on your way, roughly five minutes after you leave the highway. If you need the town of Bushnell first, for fuel or groceries, exit 314 (State Road 48) is the next exit north.

How do I get to Homebound McAlpin from I-75 or I-10?
From I-10: take exit 283 (US-129) at Live Oak and head south. The park is on US-129 about 25 minutes from the exit.
From I-75 southbound: leave at exit 451 (US-129) or exit 439 (State Road 136), follow the signs into Live Oak, then continue south on US-129. Allow 45 to 50 minutes from the interstate. From I-75 northbound: take I-10 west at Lake City to exit 283 and follow the directions above, about 40 minutes in all.
